At Oticon Medical, we develop, produce and market bone-anchored hearing systems. At our site ITSA Medical in Vallauris (Sophia Antipolis), in the south of France, we specialize in the production of active implantable class III implants and soon also worldwide distribution of the company's full product portfolio.

As our operations and financial flows continue to grow, we are currently seeking a Finance Manager to act as the sole internal finance representative for the French subsidiary.

Reporting directly to the Global CFO and working closely with the General Manager France, you will ensure strong financial oversight, reliable reporting, and operational control, while serving as a trusted business partner to local and global stakeholders.

Main responsibilities:

Financial Leadership and Governance

- Lead ITSA Medical finance operations: month-end closing, reporting, general ledger oversight, cash management, AR, AP, and credit.
- Contribute to the unified reporting framework that supports both ITSA Medical needs and global consolidation.
- Maintain a strong internal control environment and ensure compliance with corporate policies, audit requirements, and local regulations.

Budgeting, Forecasting, and Planning

- Own the annual budget cycle for ITSA Medical and partner with global finance on multi-year planning.
- Lead rolling forecasts, scenario modeling, and variance analysis to support decision-making.
- Work with commercial, operations, and leadership teams to align financial plans with business objectives.

Treasury and Cash Management

- Manage local banking relationships and daily cash operations, including liquidity planning, cash forecasting, and intercompany settlements.
- Establish processes for treasury approvals, fund transfers, manufacturing / inventory costs, and ITSA Medical banking needs.
- Provide visibility into ITSA Medical cash risk, working capital trends, and capital needs.

Operational Finance & Process Improvement

- Standardize ITSA Medical processes to improve accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency.
- Partner with global finance, IT, and business functions to design and implement new systems such as Oticon Medical transitions off legacy platforms.
- Drive automation initiatives and implement KPIs for all major finance cycles.
- Oversee credit card programs, travel and expense processes, and ITSA Medical insurance coordination.
- Consolidate the annual budget cycle for Oticon Medical Operations.
- Lead rolling forecasts, scenario modeling, and variance analysis to support decision-making.
- Conduct Inventory forecasting and reconciliation

Cross-Functional and Global Collaboration

- Serve as the primary finance partner to French commercial teams.
- Coordinate with supply chain, customer service, and commercial leaders to improve billing, collections, inventory visibility, and revenue recognition accuracy.
- Work closely with global FP&A, Controlling, and Accounting teams to ensure consistency across markets.
